Has anyone had any luck in when fishing in Avondale in the lakes next to the houses? I was just there and it was terrible. Nothing .

You’re talking about Crystal Gardens, yes there are big bass in there but it’s getting less and less! The rules there are catch and release, barbless hooks and no treble hooks but a lot of people keep the fish and disrespect the people who live there so it’s about to be shut down!! Now that being said spinner baits black with silver blades are good and I Carolina rig big 10” power worms purple or black! And finesse brown crawfish on a small jig head! Happy fishing and please release the fish
