Just give him some of this stuff my wife’s sister lives in Mississippi said try this in your fish batter. I gave it four or five good shakes in my dry batter OMG it went up my nose and into my lungs. It took my breath away I dropped to my knees have you ever tried to sneeze when you can’t get a breath and then the snot started to pore and the tears started to run. About the time I got my breath I herd a sneeze from the hallway it was my wife she was going into a sneezing fit. And she was mad. No wander them Cajun people are tuff. That stuff could be used for crowd control. If you use it. Take it outside.

Yeah Mike, I use that stuff when we boil raw shrimp. You don't haft to use a whole bunch to cook up a whole pot of shrimp. But I have always liked the taste. Good stuff!
They make it in three strengths , that ones mild . I like the bold one it's hotter.
You paint a great snotty picture there Mike. That stuff looks lethal. Searching the internet for it as soon as I hit send.

Great in chilly also. Use it in gumbo. Love the stuff, the hot one
Well, Hoss: When I lived in New Orleans, I could drive by Zatarans, who is also a manufacturer of Cajun spices, crab and shrimp boils, and their plant in along the river in Harvey, or along there. It would burn your eyes in the car on the road! Delicious though. RJS
We use that and salt-free fajita seasoning in almost everything that we cook. If you live in East Texas those and hot sauce are part of everything we eat. We use it like salt and pepper. The Tony Chachere's is great on fried taters too.

Yeah, I was born and raised in Texas, but I've lived in California twice as long as I lived in Texas. However, still eat like we use to. Love to grill or BBQ. OR FRYYYY!
Reminds me of the time I roasted about a hundred habanero peppers in the oven in my kitchen. Wiped out the entire two story house in seconds when I opened the door. Had to hold my breath and open all the windows to air it out. Made my sauce ok but always roast them on the grill outside now.

My wife did the same thing. I had to leave. Couldn't get my breath.
