Hard crab.
Took about a pound of already picked out meat and added to the mix with the hard claws and some split open bodies.
Makes an interesting meal to say the least. Ya just roll up ya sleeves and dig in. Lol

We went to lunch last week and I had ordered cream of crab for an appetizer. The waiter brought me the normal crab soup by mistake and I said that was okay I will have that instead. It tasted so good that even after the meal I could still taste the soup.
Upon paying the bill the waiter asked if we ever tried half and half crab soup. Half cream and half normal. He and my wife said it is the best of both soups all in one.

is it crab chowder but with half-n-half instead of milk? Man, gonna have to give that a try!

From what the waiter said just 1/2 of the normal crab soup and 1/2 of the cream of crab soup. I never heard of the product ( half and half ) being used in crab soup.
