It's awful soggy out there... we have an all day rain today. I got up with the intention of going to a local lake today, but the weather just looks YUCK! Its 59° now and raining with an expected high of.. yep 59° and more rain... Tomorrow's forecast looks a tiny bit better. I guess I'll see...

Sooo.. I'll probably just stay home and work inside the house. I had a diamond grinder arrive to dress some high spots in the concrete floor. I'll probably work with that today so we can get closer to installing the flooring.

Good morning Doug, Al, Grizz and all here on the stage. Soon going to make a bait run for Mikes Bait and Tackle, he’s been going through it like slop through a hog due to all the local Rod and Gun clubs holding their fishing rodeos, after that it’s down Lancaster way for my BIL’s celebration of life, maybe this will finally give his death some closure. It’s been almost a month since he passed and an air of just general funk has been looming. That being said and done I hope everyone has a great day!

Good morning Doug all the rest . 56* and going to 61. Had a shower last night and more com I ng in around noon. Working a mini carnival for rhe resident vets at the VA Hospital. Set up a game booth, they rotate through. We give out cash prizes, others typical carry stuff. Local chicken place brings in lunch fir them. Just a little something to break up the boredom of being handicapped and having to live in a hospital.

Are you using a walk behind or a hand held grinder type unit? The walk behind ones make the job way easier but I always use my hand held because I’m cheap!

It’s Saturday so it’s soccer day around here. Sons game first then daughters. After that the wife and I are going to look at cabinets. Kitchen remodel coming thiis summer.

Hey J. If you're looking at cabinets fir the kitchen, be sure to checkout out the Amish community. They workmanship is amazing, and they can be less expensive than premade.

Plan on it Jimmy. I’ve done about 100 kitchens in my career and have a few places to look that I’ll get well made stuff for the price of the big box crapp that’s out there. A lot of Amish phone numbers in my phone.😂🤣😂. Funny but true!!

Using the good old hand held.. there's only one rental place near me that has a walk behind, and they are well aware and charge accordingly!

Good luck J, I hope you saved your penny's buddy🤪. A buddy had this local cabinet maker do his and man is it beautiful. I know some of their family and they are good people and hard workers. You might check them out.
