Used to be FILLED with nice Northern Pike. Forest Service told me the bedrock beneath the lake was fractured from a minor earthquake in the ‘80s, which causes the lake water to drain, and which is why it doesn’t stay full anymore. The lake had gone completely dry on occasion. They said they had no plans to restock it, but sometimes fish in the area are miraculously transferred from lake to lake, so…???

I waited the lake prior to 2006 when I moved away from Flagstaff and while the water was never more than thigh deep and its deepest point, there were lots of decent sized Pike in there. Again, I agree with the above comments. Best to try it yourself and see. Large Daredevil type spoons seem to work best back then. Good luck!

I went today. Very small area to fish in but quite a few large trout caught. I saw several small pike. I didn't catch any but at least I know they are there.
