Hey guys if any of you are serious about moving to Florida you better do it soon, we are pulling up all our orange groves to make room for more 🥴 theirs some great properties around my area 👍 I have even bought land next to us just so we could sell it to good neighbors but it takes lots of money to pick your neighbors 😂 so I would be happy with any of my stage friends moving down 🎣 now all you got to do is give me a call and I'll hook you up with my son witch is one of the best realtors in the county 👍 they are not making anymore land 🥴 land down here can look great at times but during rainy season you may not be able to get in and out...so check about that 👍 y'all have a great evening 🙏🙏

We used to get 4 Seasons here in NC now it's mild Winter's and Summer. Since I moved from Texas they've had more snow than we got.
