Great story Saw1 awesome adventures for you and Ben. And great boat handling Ben. What a blast! I have had only one similar experience with a sturgeon on the Sacramento River and we just cut the line, and we never saw the fish, it felt like a log.

This one also. When we were right above it and I was tryin to pull it up it really felt like I was snagged on the bottom of the river. Then the fish would pulse and start another run.

Funny, Steve doesn't seem to enjoy the fight as much as I do. I know it's going to be a release (of course) but I find it so much fun!!! LOL! You really don't get a chance to fight those big fish (well, I don't)...lol!
