I launch by my self all the time.
Just tie off the main line to your trailer, so when your boat starts floating you can pull out slowly and tie the main to the dock. Then go park and come back.
I saw someone else do it first.

Just be careful doing this. if you pull out to fast, (out of the water) then the boat might run up and hit the ramp.

I use a 50 ft 1/4 inch nylon rope when doing a rope launch. Gives me plenty of room to pull up enough to get to the rope before all the slack is used.
