The healing wall came to town today. I was stopped in traffic for quite a display today! First came about 100 motorcycles, then the wall came by on a semi-trailer,then I counted at least 30 police cars from all the local PDs,then at least another 100 to 150 more motorcycles behind them! This was all very overwhelming to me. All I could think of was "Welome home brothers and sisters" As I sat there I said a prayer to them all and my heart goes out to them all for their ultimate sacrifice for our country. The Wall will be here for the next 3 days and open 24yrs a day. Everyone should see this and say a prayer while you are there.

It was just down the street from my Windsor house a few years ago.
I had to go and spent a couple hours there.
If anybody has the opportunity to see it you definitely should do so. Saw1.

I have not been able to make myself go see the wall.
https://www.virtualwall.org/de/EllisDR01a.htm We went in together, but I still miss him.
I ride every year in the West Coast Thunder Memorial Day Ride and all the money raised goes to the National Cemetery here in Riverside! I believe every year about eight to nine thousand bikers come out for the event!! It’s a lot of fun and it’s for a great cause!
Was in DC 20 years ago went to the wall overwhelmed. Even now thinking about it tears me up
I was in that group of Motorcycles and there were about 250 Motorcycles! Awesome turnout and all the bystanders taking videos, photos and waving to us!

You were in that group of riders in Merced yesterday? That was just assume brother.Thank you for doing that.I had to hold back some tears watching you all going by as you escorted the wall out to the collage.
Your welcome! I had to hold back tears watching all the spectators! So where do you fish? Do you have a boat? Let's go fishing sometime! The bass are biting now!

Thank you so much for the offer brother. Right now I don't fish much because my 80 yr old wife depends on me being here with her most of the time. I have fished the Merced river for 50 years and caught a lot of trout over those years.I do enjoy reading everyone's fishing adventures especially pictures!
