Hi;
I'm new to the area (from Florida) and I live now in Burbank on the Snake River. I was looking for some info on the fish runs in the area including shads. Thanks for any help given.

Your sitting in a great Walleye area. Where the Snake dumps into the Columbia is where the state record was caught.
I'm guessing that you were interested in "When"...
In general the shad start their run, around the end of May migrating into the Columbia River. Many articles written about the subject, state that the run peaks in June at Bonneville Dam. That said, the peak further up river would obviously be after the peak in the lower river. But it would likely be not much later as the fish move up river quickly...
Thank you Hawkeyefan, that is what I'm looking for.
