Payed my $10 fee now trying to find a free course. Website they give are ridiculous hard to navigate. If someone had better luck please post website

I used this site, the cost was $39.95. It's presented in sections (I believe there were 6). There is a quiz at the end of each section. There is a practice test of 60 questions at the end of the course and then the final test is another 60 question test.

I didn't find any free courses but I didn't spend time looking.

Each section took me about an hour or two and there are 6 sections and quizzes. I did one section and its related quiz each day. The 60 question tests were about one hour each. There were things that I wasn't familiar with, like river buoys, and others and I was going a bit slow learning.
They offer you something extra (for $15 if I recall correctly) they say can be faster than the standard $39.95 version. I didn't try it knowing that I wouldn't be going fast. There is a timer for each question that has to complete before you can go to the next question. I believe the extra $15 eleminates the timer.

I took this course to get a discount on Progressive boat insurance, even though I'm over the age where it's required by law.
My teenage daughter took it so she could legally help with launching.
The course was time consuming, but free:
