To my shock and dismay, while managing the Silver Beach Resort campground I discovered 12 sources of pollution entering Rimrock lake reservoir, however after reporting these Special use permit lease violations, the Naches Ranger district, as well as the local EPA office, and county health department and codes enforcement and Fish And Wildlife.
I was thrown under the bus. Eric Bartran Fish And Wildlife told the owner that I was the whistleblower. I’ve been barred from the Ranger district office accused of harassment. This is unacceptable…
I’m an avid fisherman purchasing fishing licenses my whole adult life. I’ve even volunteered for the fourth service, picking up toilet paper, abandoned, homeless camps, and much more within dispersed camping areas.
I was raised in these central, Washington Cascades. After high school, I attended Central Washington University for their business programs and occupational safety health. There I took accident investigation and fire, safety and prevention. After a successful business career with accolades, I returned to my roots.
The new owner refused to respect and follow the rules of his special use permit lease. His city boy, ignorant perspective of the sensitive pine wilderness and ecosystem has further damaged the wetlands ecosystem and irrigation and drinking water.
He fired me for going to the doctor when I hurt my lower back working on the backhoe. The too long of a list of pollution mitigation, repairs, of the United States Forest Service special use permit lease. I have this special use permit, which shows that Silver Beach Resort has violated most of the rules. However, the four service rangers claims the investigation found no concerns “.

Silver Beach Resort brings in a lot of revenue for the local Naches Ranger District. New operator has brought in a lot of new money to remodel and improve Silver Beach Resort however, this money is even misdirected. He has remodeled Motel rooms To modern designs, removing the handcrafted, Woodsey artwork and decor, which was unnecessary expenses The current operators priorities are not congruent to the needs of the local Alpine wilderness and water protection. He purchased $300,000 of three tiny houses. Choosing not to conform and comply with his special used permit
I accused the Nies, Ranger, District and local EPA office of deriliction duties. These agencies failed their fiduciary obligations, and their primary mission statements promised to the public.
Favoring commerce over our environment, and the preservation over water and health and safety of the visitors of Silver Beach Resort poses a contingent liability to the taxpayers of the United States.
My request to readers of this forum is to take a stand for the land. Join me in this protest, a violations of our social contract and the mission statement to protect the people and it’s inhabitants..
We are all stakeholders. These violations affect the quality of our fishing and the health of our fish.. chemicals and micro plastics are consumed. This is self evident the evidence is visible.
Never once had I threatened harm. the request to help me save Silver Beach Resort it’s been used and abuse for decades.

Going back to the initial intention of writing this post… I’m new to the barrier damn area. I’m recovering from major surgery. I want to enjoy watching my adult daughters catch salmon and steelhead and the delicious barbecues that follow.
I can only lay down on a reclining lawnchair, but rig set ups for my girls ages 28 to 37 all of whom have multiple degrees and multiple successful careers, stunning and ideal citizens. I haven’t taken them fishing for steelhead and salmon fishing since they were teenagers.

I’m not your average local Woodsman.
My education and skill sets are many. I’m was a professional timber faller in High school. Last year I fell 52 trees within Silver Beach Resort or trees without damaging a threatened Resort structure. With the help of the Skookum block, cabling and carefully pulling as wide as seven foot 110’ tall trees. My logging operation was performed with trained motel housekeepers, now choker setters🤪.
The half were unauthorized, later discovered that thirty additional marked trees by the greedy owner were not approved. The owner blamed me for cutting them down because I like cutting down big trees.
He then illegally sold the thousands of board feet of lumber. 24” or loss in width were to stay on the property. A long standing policy of usfs leased lands.

I’ve even shared the fact I’ve shaken Governor Chris Gregioir’s hand when helped weld a biodiesel plant for Ted Durphy, recipient of a multi million grant in 2005-6 in Sunnyside. Corinne Sebren37, worked with Governor Chris in 2019-2022 while my oldest Daughter was editor of UW Law Review recently while earning her law degree. She was a neuroscientist. And Governor Gary Lock’s wife patronized my shop, Alki auto repair West Seattle after receiving the King county Green Globe Award for leadership and environmental stewardship of recycling. I’ve been in the 33% income tax bracket for too long. The tax money that we’ve paid for the buildings of these higher education institutions, and maybe even the pell grants, these public officials have received are not a good return on our investments. Further, their dereliction of duties have created billions of dollars and contingent liabilities. Should Silver Beach Resort burner forest down from the clear and present dangers of safety violations in the lack of fire prevention and firefighting preparations. And yet now she’s fired department have a large pile with mixed construction debris and a leaking 1973 navy bucket truck of hydraulic fluid, another vehicle fluids, or is parked on top of this huge pile for decade? Looks like it….old pile of collected needles and limbs, wood and natural vegetation, but also construction materials within the pile I wouldn’t be surprised if they were car parts in there, just as I found buried along the beach, This imminent liability of this fire conflagration the previous owners have been skimming profits for decades, while neglecting the obligations to their lease for keeping up the building, and repairing maintenance for keeping the utilities and infrastructure in code compliance And keeping the resort safe for the public complaining to all health codes for example, the commercial kitchen which I rebuilt and brought it to code is currently questionable since I have left over a year ago or should I say fired for going to the doctor, but only after I fell the last of the 52 trees that I’ve fallen within the park without hitting the structure. These danger trees were leaning hard, and I spun them on the stumps and symptoms the other way with the help of my Skookum block. My logging operation was a complete success.
