I looked up tracker marine on line. bps in tx had nice selection of them at their stores. living Maine now there's a Cabela's but no pontoons [or any trackers]. they had an ad on their website [this was Nov 2019] 16ft 'bass buggie' with 20hp 4stroke merc, sale price $9995 [wo trailer] pmt;99/month. pretty fair deal I thought. upgraded to 50hp
[most its rated for] 1200. trailer 2000. with tax, freight and prep fees just under 17000. pretty cheap for a new boat even back then. my pmt only 149/mo. boat and motor 10 yr warranty. might be worth looking into. good luck

No different boat
I learned how to spot most of the scams by going to their Facebook page and checking their listings. It will show the boat listed in multiple places sometimes 20 or 25 and more.

btw; tracker pontoons are made in Springfield mo

First thing you ask the seller is what kind of gas he uses. If he has been putting in ethanol gas, then you can assume you will have to go thru the fuel system to get it to start and run good.
that's the first question my saw shop asks me when I bring something in.

Always take your own set of muffs and 2 gallon gascan . Then they’ll have no excuse not to run it for you.
