Are you going to save my life snd tell me where this is? I’m from Carmichael, 78 yrs old with one food in the grave and another on a banana peel!!! I don’t even remember the last time I caught a bass that big! I think it was in the tank at Bass Pro in Manteca! How about a hint, like how many miles from Carmichael? PM would be fine! 😀🤪

Lake Berryessa my friend. We are catching suspended bass off main lake points by casting and presenting finesse baits on the bottom. Sometime next week the fishing will be wide open as they move onto spawning flats.

Folsom Lake, which is closer to you should be experiencing the same fishing. Folsom had some very nice bass in it.

now that was a nice trip i am in mass freezing my butt off
