It's done, fits nicely on my yac and rolls very nicely. As some of you noticed last year at the Eagle I had to pull/ slide my yac over grass to get it into the water and back to my truck. Problem solved. It doesn't break down to fit in the yac however the wheels come off very easily to make it a little more compact. I plan on leaving it in the truck after using it so that's not an issue. Pulled it around the yard some and with the strap on it doesn't move. Can't wait to try it out. I've got a few places around home waters that this will help with where I have to park and launch. I'll get some blue pool noodles once the Dollar Tree sets them out for the season. πŸΈπŸΈπŸΈπŸΈπŸΈπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡²πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡²

Looks like it is going to work well Andy, I had a similar one for my Bonafide, but rear mounted.

Do you think that electrical tape holding the noodles down will hold up to the friction from the yak and the wetness it will bring with it?

I was thinking wire ties too, but they can get brittle on cold days, also is there a possibility they would scratch the bottom when sliding the yak on?

Plum, I don't envision zip ties causing any damage they will cinch down below the main part of the noddle and plastic against plastic should it touch won't hurt it at all plus they're strong and replaceable quickly should any thing need replaced. Most of what this cart is going to be used for is at the Eagle. Hunter's Launch was a booger last year when loading and unloading at the launch was not practical because of the grade . I have found it is much better to lift the yac up to load it on my extended hauler on level surfaces. Most of the Eagle launches are pretty steep . I can wheel this right into the water and pull it back out with the attached tie down strap. It's those few places that this will really help out. Most of where I put in up here I back my trailer in and launch like a boat easier peasie. But I have one place in particular that I fish a lot ( Edinboro) that I want to put in the north end at the park area but the kayak launch site is across a grassy field that you can't drive over this puts me closer to where I want to be and time is fish!!!. Anyway thanks for the input may want to change something once I get to using it ? But most of the season the yac stays on the trailer. πŸΈπŸΈπŸΈπŸΈπŸΈπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡²πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡²

The wheels were donated from my self- propelled push mower. Not using that thing again. Rolls along pretty good next step is a cable to lock it in the truck bed , might be a tad too prettyπŸ€ͺπŸΈπŸΈπŸΈπŸΈπŸΈπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡²πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡²

Ok, think of this. Before putting the noodles on use a caulking Gun with RVA/Silicon Glue. Put the noodles on and then your tie raps. Then they are glued down as well as strapped. You can cut them free if needed later.
Just a thought.
