I agree with all who said they wouldn't remarry.
Sue and I will have been married for 50 years on our next anniversary.
There's no way another woman would put up with me the way I am and I KNOW that I couldn't put up with another woman the way they are. I mean we drive each other CRAZY sometimes but we've been together 50 years and we're use to each other.
There's NO WAY I would want to try that with another woman.

Love female company. Marriage? Depends on circumstances. Probably not.

I have several single ladies close to my age most a little younger and other than a dinner date or a movie or a female fishing buddy, I have no plans tying the knot with anyone. It's these younger women coming out of everywhere and they're aggressive. I explained I'm content with the way things are and I'm old enough to be their daddy or grandpa 🤣 I know some are up to no good and tell them I'm broke as a convict, so better have your own money. Many tell me men their age live off mother or are too lazy to work. It doesn't matter, I'm content with the way things are with no plans to marry anybody at my age!

My first wife left me after 11years of what I thought was a good marriage. She said she just didn't want to be married anymore. After a while I agreed to it. We reached a settlement and she and her kids, from a previous marriage, left me. Six years later I met and married Mary and for nearly 24 years we have yet to have a hard word between us; we are blessed. We have both had some serious operations, big "road bumps" but have held on tight. We can do all things "through Him who strengthens Me".

I'm 79 and if she goes first, I'll probably just get a dog for company or follow wherever the good Lord Jesus leads me.

It’s flattering when younger women come on to you. I would definitely stay away from younger ladies. You have nothing in common with them. I’ve seen a lot of men ruin their lives by marrying younger women. One man lost half of his wealth in a divorce after being married a year.
My wife of 52 years and I wouldn’t remarry.
