As newly wed college students back in the mid 1960's the wife would score the spam, add some brown sugar and bake until golden brown. Poor man's ham! And fried spam ain't bad either. Yum! May make a run to the grocery store later! Thanks for the reminder PB.

Another memory: in the old days when everyone had a CB in their pickup my handle was "Short Order Cook". Still is.lol

Been a long time since I've had Sardines. But I have a can of Tuna mixed up with a lot of stuff for Tuna salad with crackers.
What all does everybody mix with their Tunafish to make Tuna salad?

Mom added mayo, chopped up celery, pimentos, and relish. On Wonderbread of course.

Only thing I put in us celery and mayo. I've had it with pickle relish in it, I just don't make it that way.

I have a couple can on tuna n chicken.
Bug put in mayo onion celery hardboiled eggs some celery salt n pepper.
I mix a bit of horseradish I'm mine 👍
