I still remember my first experiences with Mexican food while at FT Riley. There was a mom n pop shop next to a laundromat where we was our work uniforms. We'd throw the clothes into the washer and go next door to three tacos and a bowl of refried beans. They had 3 salsas, red, very mild, green nice bite and clear, OMG.
