Hello stagers,
Have any of you ever used a portable camp stove/oven combo?
I'm thinking duet purposes here, camping/ fishing trip and something that can be used if SHTF.
What brands do you recommend? If possible I would prefer it to be made in the United States. It must also be well constructed. Some reviews said many of them are flimsy. Also temp would not go above 350 degrees, but for most purposes that would be minor.
It's quite possible that this would be used indoors as well, so the fuel sorce must burn clean.
I would like to keep the budget under $300 if possible

Try looking at the Ninja BBQ/Pizza oven. Outside though. Up to 700 Degrees BUT $100 above your price.
You can also dry Veggies with it. I would be tempted to get the stand as well though.

I have a Coleman camp oven that is about 20 years old, still going strong. It uses the 1 pound propane tanks for fuel and will only do 400 degrees, nothing higher nothing lower.

I have this one and it’s now going on three years with no issues. Works great.

Hey commander. As an ex RV technician, for years I have been using an older RV stove/oven combo. I use a 5 gal propane tank with an RV propane regulator with a hose to the stove. It bakes wonderfully and even broils when I want to. Online search for a used one, combined with the tank and etc, can be very affordable. Salutations from the left coast

GE makes a rv drop in new for 599.00. They’re around used. More money equals more quality when it comes to appliances.

I've had several versions of combination camping stoves/oven units, had cast iron oven/stove you could set on a grill, fire pit. An RV propane stove with oven you could easily set on cinder blocks, picnic tables I've taken along the usual hot plate it depends on where we were camping whether we had electrical hookup or a generator. But most of the time just on two or three days fishing trip we need to do most of our cooking off of a fire pit on the ground. But I've seen guys with those units that you were showing on the ad..that would be nice if you were limited to what type of fire you could use in certain parks and areas we're building standard charcoal wood were allowed to cook with.
