Well guys, Ben and I went out on the Napa today. VERY SLOW.
We actually only caught 1 fish, a fat 19 1/2 incher. We're havin it for dinner tonight, THANKS BEN !
I got 1 bite trollin and fought some kinda fish for a min or so and it pulled off. Not sure what kind of fish it was but it didn't fight like a Striper. Would like to have seen what it was.
Anyway, it's the first time we've been out in 3 weeks.
Thanks for a nice day out Ben. AND for dinner.

Your lost fish could have been a halibut!
I have caught halibut out there, using lipless cranks :-) All legal size too!

We were thinkin it might have been one. I've caught both Halibut and a little flounder as well. The Halibut wasn't big enough to keep though. Actually have caught 3 Butts there but all shorts.
We saw a Yaker there yesterday and I thought of you. Was South of the tower.
