There was a guy that wrote a book in the '70s titled You Have No Problems. Here's basically what he said:
Do you have a place to live?
Do you have food to eat?
Do you have clothes to wear?
If you answered yes to those three questions, you have no problems. I'm not sure I agree with him but if you're talking all we need is basic needs, he's probably right.

Yes. The boat was sold for half of what I wanted for it. I discovered I was sold a piece of junk with multiple problems. I was lucky to get half for it.
