Morning Dave. Git lots of new white stuff. Not by Saws standard but for us 6 inches is more than we've seen in 2 years.

Morn’n, Jimmy. Yeah, back home we’ll get snow 2 or 3 times a winter. Not more than a few inches. But 3 or 4 years ago we had snow up to my knees. Had to shovel the roofs and plow the yard and driveway and our private road. It’s pretty steep. And it stayed around for about two weeks. It was pretty, though… 🐟on

Good morning Doug, and how we all look forward to your humor each morning. I'm sure if you took her bowling again she would forgive you.
We have it a wonderful -4 and hope to reach 11° this afternoon. Our fresh white blanket came yesterday afternoon, but thankfully it was only just enough to make the snow covered streets a bit more slippery.
I get to go see my doctor today so he can scratch his head and say "I don't know" and "come back in 6 months". Happy Friday everyone.

You know I have several doctor that do the scratch their head thing. I just quit with one and canceled an appointment with another. I have this one doctor I have been seeing for over 2 years and each time I go in I am wearing my Vietnam veterans hat and he says (so you were in Vietnam) now mind you I wear my cap everyday and everywhere and have seen him 10 times at least. Go figure.

Oldndn, I started with my current doctor 7 years ago when we moved to this corner of the world and he has been good for me. The trouble with me is that with nerve damage there's nothing that really can be done so I see him to keep my maintenance up. Today he started asking about my fishing "hobby" and he showed great interest in going with me this summer. We each understand the limits of medicine so his head scratching isn't a problem for me anymore and a friendship has developed. We started my mother-in-law with him when we moved her here and my wife sees his PA so he's well versed with my family.

As long as you tie Plum real good and drive slow. If you go fast he will think it’s a skiing trip. Which he does pretty good.

😅😅 he may catch a couple of muskie on the ride 👍

That’s nice that you have that kind of relationship with your doctor. I used to have that kind of relationship with a doctor but he retired. I do have a good relationship with a FNP ( family nurse practitioner) I have been seeing her for the last 20 years.

Good morning and TGIF!!

Finally Friday and awoke to a fresh blanket of white $h!t covering everything so I guess I have to go plow before I do anything else.. grr....

It's 24° with a high of... well... 25°... and a low tonight of 12°. 2-4" of flaky precipitation is expected by tomorrow morning.

I remember first meeting my wife..

I found her lying face down in the gutter. I lifted her to her feet and promised her that if she agreed to marry me, she would begin a new life and I'd never allow her near the gutter again.

I thought she appreciated what i did for her.

But, not really.

She hated to give up bowling. 🎳

Have a wonderful day folks 😀

It’s there and always has been but since you don’t take a bath and always drunk you wouldn’t know
