I agree wholeheartedly! I also watched these old Giants (don't forget Rosie Greer). I wasn't the least bit saddened to see Tampa Bay destroy the Iggles either! Fly Eagles Fly!

Ah yes, Roosevelt Greer.
If I remember correctly, he may be one of the only defensive linemen to ever be a member of 2 "Fearsome Foursomes."
One with Giants, then with the Rams.

Think back to those days. The Giants had assistant coaches named Tom Landry and Vince Lombardi. So which assistant did they pick as their next head coach? Allie Sherman! Go figure!

I remember the fans' booing chants for his removal with some regularity.

As a Packer fan for 65 years, I loved it. Most of the so called experts picked Dallas and said it wouldn't be close. One said Dallas by 40. Green Bay has the youngest team in the NFL with quarterback most of these experts wrote off at mid season. I guess somebody forgot to tell the Packer players they were supposed to lose.

So the Packers will keep beating my Bears for the forseeable future.
So let me ask...
The Bears fired almost every offensive coach but kept the head coach who put that group together. And now he gets to put together another offensive coaching staff. Am I missing something?

I can tell you what I think the Bears problem is every year. They change coaches, front office personnel, and players(especially quarterbacks). At some point you have to believe in your people and try to build a winning team. Stability doesn't exist. Just my two cents.

If the Bills make it to the Big Game, let's hope it doesn't come down to a field goal for the win!

They must be related to the Panthers...what a joke they are since David Tepper bought them.

It seems that's the plan with keeping the head coach. I hope it works.
