Largemouth mostly, but diamond valley lake has a huge population of stripers. Also has 3lb bluegill that attack big crankbaits.

Good morning, I was raised basically on saltwater fishing but lately I've been fishing city lakes including regional parks. Recently my sister moved back from out of state , I just looked up diamond lake , her new place is minutes away from there. Looks like I'll be camping at her place 🎣 😆😂🤣

That is how it was when I went about 3 weeks ago. Sounds like the bloom got worse.

Was there 2 weeks ago, caught probably 15 dinks on crankbaits and drop shot. Got 2 about 2.5LB on deep cranks.
