I know it's not Texas, all be it, we're up there awful high. I know, I worked my share of DUIs. I looked, too, Commander. It's kinda like Christmas presents, it's hard not to peep. And, Harley, ya know Moscow's gotta be terrible.

I’m going to guess NY state. They’re super-strict here. I remember the olden days when the police would follow you home to make sure you got there okay.
