reminds me of a wiggle wart. alot of the wooden cranks used to have eyes like that but yours isnt wooden.

The eyes remind me of Norman baits for sure, not sure what model crank it is though.

I didn’t get it in the picture but the front half of the bill on this one slants down at maybe a 30-45 degree angle the dd22 looks like a straight bill
