I usually bring a peanut butter sandwich. Also a half gallon of iced tea and gallon of water.

A couple of cold sodas, a pack of crackers and a sandwich typically. I usually drink a large coffee on the way to get the motivation to peak levels.

How do you avoid crapping in the boat after a large coffee?

I drink kefir. I have irritable bowel syndrome and that stuff completely changed my life. I pound coffee in the morning worry free because of it.

Just a word of warning tho, kefir is like drinking rotten yogurt that for some terrible reason (biology) is slightly carbonated. Get the flavored version and suffer through it.

I always end up getting a strong coffee like a cold brew or something on the way to the lake and I only eat something if I have to stop for lures or something beforehand, I'll get beef jerky or some kind of bar to munch on. I usually don't stop to eat unless I'm cat fishing or something where I'm sitting patient for a long period of time. I try to keep moving and cover as much of the lake as possible.

I don't own a boat, so if I end up renting one for a few hours I'll bring just a sandwich and some waters.

A big sandwich from Safeway, few bottles of water per person, maybe a soda or Red Bull, chips and maybe something sweet. Usually out there for 12 ish hours with a group of friends.

Protein shake in the morning. Some sort of protein bar. Maybe some jerky, and a couple Mountain Dews. Basically, enough to keep me going without making me feel super full or push out yesterday's meals.

When I was tourney fishing, I would bring about 1.5 g water, either make iced coffee in nalgene or cold brew, 2 pb sandwiches and one other snack, like cosmic brownies or zebra cakes or swiss rolls.
