Big Dog discovered a deep lake with a whopper. He knew it was true, because he could put his ear to the ground and hear it swim by, saying "Wop, wop, wop" He used a ten pound catfish for bait and had it on for a while. The fish jumped and he got a picture before it broke off. You can't tell how big the fish was, but the photo weighs four pounds.

Fly got after the same fish a little latter. It jumped again, but he had a biologist with him who wrote a report which stated it took five minutes for water to fill the hole. When the fish hit the water it created a tsunami which wiped out a trailer park. It broke off.

Eastern got after it too, but it broke his line in three places. He did recover one of its scales and the shadow of that scale weighed nine pounds.

Of course, Bad Bob caught the fish. He always has a bigger line.

There is nothing finer than fishing and no one finer than fishermen. The very finest fishermen tell the best tales. Keep them coming guys.

It's kinda almost true, but fortunately or unfortunately being a fisherman is like being in the mafia, once your in your in, and there is no getting out alive.

Been reading for a while. Not trolling. Hero worship, maybe. I've never seen a fish tremble, but I've caught some with a treble!

Who was it that said that these fishing videos on TV take a long time to film and piece together? Think one's coming?

I don't have videos. Damn! I don't even have videos you don't want the kids to find. I do have a big canoe paddle. Once I caught a huge fish the same length as the paddle, so I keep the paddle around to prove it.
