Fly fishing for trout in Mid Michigan

I live near Mt. Pleasant, and am looking for places I can access to fly fish for trout that are not to far away.

Welcome to the Forum, 62. I think there is another fellow on here from Mt. Pleasant, MI. Maybe the Judge?

Loc: Southeast Michigan
Osceola, Lake, and Clare counties all have a lot rivers and streams that are fly fishing friendly. Also check the Michigan DNR website, they have a lot of information. Locally might try the Pine River or Titabawassee River. Good luck.
