Yea. I try to start out slow. One fish at a time. It is relaxing. Fished while it was raining. Cooled things down and made it pleasant. A buddy and I are going to go and catch a few tomorrow. It's more fun fishing with friends. You can compete a little. Last trip fishing with him I caught 9 and he caught 5. He had to buy the
BK Whopper!
1$ for the first fish
1$ for the biggest
1$ for the most
Pay 1$ for the smallest
Do not pass go do not collect 200$
I could win 4 bucks if I caught the only fish!
Naww. I'd rather get the burger.
Thats a nice bass what did you catch it on.
To JParker - Congratulations ! Really nice largemouth !
To Eric/N.H. - A 5-lb. smallie ain't nothin' to sneeze at, especially in N.H. ! Where are you, and where did you catch
it ? My personal best was a 5.75-lb. largemouth out of Lake Massabesic (Auburn/ Manchester area); as for smallies, I've yet to net anything over 4 lbs., but I'll keep trying until I'm too
old/incapacitated to fish !
Once I get to the point where I can no longer fish, then they can start shoveling dirt in my face !

Well, I’m actually from Ohio but I went to Morrisville, NC to visit my daughter and son in law for a long weekend. She has four ponds on her property that I like to fish whenever I’m down visiting. I walked out to the ‘big’ pond after having sampled the three smaller ones and hooked that lunker. Lucky me!
