We're headed to Laughlin NV 5/2/24 - 5/6/24 , I can't fish on Saturday , but the rest is possible , wanting to know if anyone could recommend any areas or what type of tackle I should take , We'll be fishing from the banks, any tips would be much appreciated as I've never fished around there ,Thx in advance ,Jar,,,

There is a park on the left side right after you cross the bridge headed to Bullhead city. I saw a fella doing quite well on rainbows from the park with power bait, near the bridge. That was many years back, but still might be a starting point. Good luck. I don't know how far you can travel, but Catfish Paradise got its name for a reason. Good Luck

Thank You Bapa , I watched a YouTube guy named Catfish Cameron , he also was catching Rainbows under the bridge ,off the bank but get this, with a square billed bass lure ! He was also shocked , me, I'm surprised there are Rainbows there ! We will definitely give Catfish Paradise a try , we can only gamble so long, me I really don't, $100 if I lose I stop, my sweetheart is a cheap gambler 🤙she will be fishing too , Thanks for the help Sir 🙏👍

Check the reports on catfish paradise. The water was really low a couple months back and the boat ramp was hit by a mudslide. Community park in bullhead charges a entry fee now. But I have had great luck there in the past.daily limits on rainbows, good smallies too

My advice is: If you stay out of the casinos you will catch a lot more fish!! Good luck Bobby

Ain't that the truth ! 😁the reason we're actually going is, on Saturday morning we are going to Prescott Az. for our Nephews Graduation from Embrey - Riddle Aeronautical University , then going back that evening to Laughlin , I've been reading a lot about the Colorado River around there , I'm pleasantly surprised about the fishing , we will send photos ,the little woman loves fishing too ! I love fishing ,sightseeing ,& Food !!😁🤙👍
