Many, or I should guess that all of us get wrapped up in doing for others far more than what is called for at times and although that can be Admirable. One can not keep that pace unless a little " Me Time " is part of our daily path of going through the short juncture we are upon this earth.

Just remember as you go through the day โ€œSelf-care is not selfish.โ€
