I have not been to Skinner in about three weeks because they have been messing around with the water level. It is finally coming back up and the fish are beginning to show some. Hopefully in another couple of weeks will be back to normal and I can start catching those 3-6lb fish I usually catch this time of year. Caught 17 fish today but almost all were dinks. Only took one picture of a decent fish.

Boating 17 bass is a great day in my book, nice job! Why do you think the water level has something to do with the size of the fish being caught?

Well they dropped the lake about 12-15 ft right at the normal pre spawn. This caused the fish to go deeper and then start their spawn again. After a couple of weeks, they raised the level about 5 ft and left it there for about a week and a half. Then in the last week they started raising it again. In my opinion and others, I believe this confused the fish, thus changing the normal fishing schedule for us. Again, this just my thoughts on it. Do you have any insights?
