Went to Folly Beach this morning. Kept the skunk away but only got one small Croker. Nice and relaxing morning. Kathy and Lily enjoyed the beach also.

Nice pics Gordon and looks like a beautiful day. When we stayed at Tides Folly Beach Hotel a crocker is what I caught too and only one, was using a high-low rig and shrimp from the grocery store. Enjoyed our stay and hoping to return. My daughter was living in Charleston for around a year, and we visited. They were working on the new pier then and we could not go out on it, but fished next to it as the hotel is only yards aways. Here is a pic of the new pier, you probably saw it while you were there. Thanks for sharing.

We try to get there once or twice a month just to relax. We go about 5 blocks on the other side of the pier. Here are a few shots of the construction from a couple years ago. Holler next time you visit.

Had to keep her leashed. That's there law. She is still not used to the waves yet. She would not go in over her ankles until I let her hold the fish for a quick second. When I let it go she was in over her head lookin for it. She's a water dog now.

Hey Gordon,
You must not have been near the rocks down toward the lighthouse if that Lil croaker was all you caught. Lol Have you ever fished besides the pier? Instead of going on the pier, fish from the beach casting under or towards the pier at Folly?
