Thank You Miss Kandy , I forgot to say I use the tiny cans of V8 Spicy / Clamato , I believe 7.5 oz's , Hope you enjoy !

If you've noticed on other threads some same name comes up constantly, hmmmmm,, Yes I love Eggplant , can be prepared in so many different ways , and it's great for this old body 🤙😋
