The last one is how I quit at Caesars Tahoe.
I had worked for them for 22 years and had 5 weeks of paid vacation time per year.
I always told my co workers that, " One of these days I'm gonna take a vacation and not come back."
When my youngest Daughter joined the Army right outta HS we drove her car back to Fort Jackson So. Carolina. to watch her graduate basic training. Then went to Myrtle Beach to see the Atlantic Ocean.
After that we drove her to Augusta Georgia for her Tech School. Then Sue and I flew home. Somewhere along the line I called Caesars 800 number and gave my 2 week notice.
When I got back home I just went into work and cleaned out my locker and didn't say good buy to anyone.
(long story why)
Had already set up my new job so started to work for the new place shortly afterwards.
