Getting on M&G time to get some of us in the mood to get out there. Here are a few pics of 2022/ 2023.
Descriptions are above each pic.
Starting the day out perfectly with a beautiful sunrise
Hearty breakfast for a long day of fishing was on the menu too.
Just one of the many ramps leading out to our catch of the day.
E.pa.al at the start of a good day.
Andy B bringing in the big one putting his frogs to work.
Billycrap2 and Whitey showing everyone this is how it's done.
Grizzly 17 in a crappie mood.
Doug Lemmon getting in the grove bring in table fare too.
flytier not going to let everyone else have all the fun as he is catching too.
A Fredfish smile says it all.

Nice tan, too.
I believe that one was from the fall trip Maxx. Plenty of time to get browned up. This year might take longer...

I caught a few rays of sun yesterday. It was nice to see the signs of spring, like bumblebees, ants, mourning doves feeding, forsythia blooming, & my tulip tree buds swelling up. No deer flies yet, thank goodness.
But the one thing I crave is still absent, peepers, and wood frogs. That's when I'm certain spring is really here.
There are always surprises though, with frosts up to 5 / 15 or so .......
Good Times! Hope this year will be as fun. Looks to be, weather or not they are biting that good. LOL

OK, Here's the question for all of those that are not PA residents. Does the Bait shop at the lake sell the out of state licenses for those of us from other states? Or do we need to go on line and do it?

I get mine at JD's Bait and Tackle on rt64 between Lamar and Mill Hall, Marc. I'm not sure of any other shops. Some get theirs online, but I've had trouble trying to do that. I just pick it up when I get there.

Thanks Fred, I'll be sure and write it down. Hope they are open on Sunday when I drive in.
Still have a few things to get together for the trip. Glad I have so much time to plan for it.
Don't know how bad the bugs will be, so plan for the worst and hope for the best. I HATE surprises. LOL
Most of the surprises I have had were NOT fun. LOL

They're open till 1pm on Sundays Marc. I usually roll in around noon and go straight there.
You can get them from the state online, but I've had trouble with them not accepting either of my 2 email addresses.
I've never had any issues with bugs, in my 4 trips, but that can change anytime.

Thanks again, should be no problem making it in time.
