Not sure what it is but the fight was pretty intense. Took the guy 45 minutes to land it with 56 other rods out!!No tangles

Actually, I think you're right, DVT -- it's got the markings of a king mackerel rather than a barracuda.

Agreed, on both points. What an amazingly bright rainbow iridescence the photographer caught this fish displaying. How is one supposed to try explaining what color a King Mackeral is to a person who does not fish? You simply have to see one to understand.

I agree mnmuddminnow when you first catch the king he is totally iridescent when you turn his body in the sun is color spectrum is quite amazing
