It's according to what kind of fish you are wanting to catch. Fresh water or salt water. Bass of catfish. Shark or Reds. Give us a clue so we can send you in the right direction. Welcome aboard also.

Gordon, I would think in the water is the best answer. Especially around there, there is a ton of places to fish.

We have lakes from the N.C. border to the Atlantic Ocean. Water everywhere.

I over looked the title of your post " Charleston SC fishing ". I would go to the Mount Pleasant Fishing Pier. Thay have a verity of fish being caught there. Not this weekend though. The Bridge run will have about 40,000 people coming to Charleston for Saturdays race. There is also the big tennis tournament on Daniels Island and the Flower Town Festival in Summerville. Crazy weekend to be in Charleston.

PM me if I can help you out any.

Hey Gordon, you seem to be the man who knows here. Need easy access points Mount Pleasant area. Have had fair luck at breach inlet but that’s been kind of messed up lately.
Any other suggestions for easy (limited mobility.) access maybe surf getting in the water and catching something? Not a fan of piers
Thanks
