Well, I’m not superstitious by a long
shot but while on the water my friend pulled out a 🍌on the boat and we couldn’t catch a crappie to save our lives, lol.
Making a long story short we started fishing at 9:30 and didn’t get on them until 12:30 but they only wanted one particular lure that I never used at West Point before but I remember when it’s sunny this jig is awesome when this fluorescent green with red flakes and chartreuse Jig head hit the water it looks like a bleeding Minnow.
From 1pm to 3:30 I caught 62 crappie.
Most were 10”s but that myth don’t live on my boat I just had to go into my arsenal bag and get em.
Have a great weekend everyone.

I don’t believe in the banana thing, I will take them in my boat anytime I feel like taking them

Saw,
I live on a 10 acre lake with Bass, crappie, bluegill and catfish.
So yes I can cast from where I'm sitting,
LOL.

The whole banana thing started way back when importing produce on old ships. The bananas give off a gas that caused the other produce to spoil prematurely, so “no bananas” on a boat…………..

Hello Ice Man
I’m a life long Salt water fisherman from San Francisco
who recently stopped it because
of injuries.
I’ve moved to Jonesboro, bought a small pontoon and am almost finished outfitting it. I heard of Westpoint and want to know if you can support a brother who
wants to start fishing there .
I would appreciate it after having helped others fish all my life .
Thanks
