You should be able to unscrew the handle screw, from the opposite side, and the lock washer and collar. Pull out the handle, reverse the process and put it back together.

Here's the schematic of the reel.

Thank you but that still doesn't solve the problem. It acts stuck

You mean it won't come out, or it won't rotate?

I'm not sure if it pulls out or unscrews

The screw on the opposite side holds it in. Once the screw is out it should pull out.

It doesn't, I'm left handed so I've swap a few. This one just will not pull out, that's why I thought it unscrewed.

If it's a used reel, maybe there's some dirt or corrosion in it. Spray a little WD-40 from the screw side, then try and tap it out.

If you take #67 handle screw out then it should pull out to put back in the other side 👍 if not then it's stuck like Fred said spray W/D 40 and let set overnight and it should loosen up, hope you can get out 🙏

If it’s a newer Daiwa model switching the handle is a little different. I don’t know how to explain it. I’ve never had to switch the handles. There’s a few videos on YouTube on how to do it. Sorry I can’t be much help.

Yes it's this years model.
I've tried unscrewing it both ways I'm so afraid of braking it. When you unscrew cap side it doesn't screw to the shaft it screws to the body. ??

Unscrew it opposite the way you are reeling. Hold the bail while you do that. It must have been screwed on very tight!
