I remember Kennedy's Council on Youth Fitness and successive programs to improve physical fitness. our school adopted them and that's what got me into sports. Really hated those blue gym suits tho!!

Country could use a dose of that!!

I really do think those years where everyone stayed at home and didn't have to deal with people that don't think like them turned some into selfish little nasties. And the ones that were like that before carried on.
