Life is essentially good. Usually not easy but good nonetheless. So, having an attitude of gratitude brightens my personal outlook on each day. I happen to believe in God so I have a direction for my thanks but even without it I think it is a good thing for the human mind to look around and see what a wonderful world we live in and be happy.
