Other than the red paint on the bottom, that is a very likely view you might experience, based on where you fish sometimes.

Funny you say that. I was fishing near the Coast Guard Ship Yard area at Curtis Bay here in Maryland and they were moving a barge in my direction.
Some guy up on the dock wasn't the most pleasant of people telling me in a few expletive's I need to get out of the area.
