Went fishing 🎣 in 52 degree Back Brook this evening in the cold rain west wind gale on the low tide. Caught and released 6 yellow perch, 3 bluegills and an American eel on nightcrawlers that Dave P. gave me. After I ran out of bait, I didn’t get a hit with lures, then went home 🏡 early. The beaver 🦫 carcass was gone. An automobile accident at the traffic light 🚦 caused traffic to back up. Bought red worms 🪱 at the 7-11 for tomorrow.

We enjoy your pictures and hearing about your catches. This is a picture of my girlfriend with my wife holding her next to the dock while I parked the truck. This is one of the bays we use to launch at our favorite lake. Water temperature is still in the low 40's and the bite is very slow. You can see that the water is low due to the winter drawdown.

Nice bands, great photos and good luck today. I’m going to head out in search for some crappies today.
