Girlfriend shared her recipe for Pulled pork with me. I used my instant pot on slow cook-low. I cut up 4# of pork-butt in 2” cuts, spread it out on a cookie sheet and sprinkled smoked paprika, sea salt and Garlic powder over each piece. Placed 3 strips of bacon on the bottom of my pot and added the meat. Fork tender in 5 hours.
Sue rubbed her 2# of pork whole with the smoked paprika, put the bacon in a cast iron pot, put the meat in and then sprinkled 1 tablespoon of salt and garlic powder over the meat and cooked in on low heat for 16 hours. Delicious flavor and tender.

Dakota, all sounds good but the paprika can't do much of that 😂

I honestly didn’t even taste the paprika. I didn’t over do the paprika just in case.

Sounds great. I'll admit to stopping dead in my tracks, though, after reading the first sentence. I'm a bad boy.....

Thanks Dakota. I'll give it a try
Certainly a lot easier than tending a wood fired smoker for 14 hours

Your reaction should be great when chopped nuts are added.
