So very true guys! Fishing, hunting, running the dog, hitting golf balls, however one can find peace can be very cleansing!

So true Plum. Me time is time to focused on things. Time to be at peace and relax. I have never find better me time than out on the water.

Yeah plumb, it’s raining here and supposed to throughout the day but I’ve been wet before. Fishing the last few days hasn’t been so good but today is a new day so I’m going to give them a go, gotta keep them honest. Sooner or later it’s got to heat up.

Some take so much time taking care of or trying to please everyone they loose
THEMSELVES

If we don't take time to RESET.
Not only do we hurt ourselves we become less capable of taking care of others.

I know a lot of people on this site are single so please don't judge me to harshly. A little "Me time" is needed as long as all time is not focused on the"me". I think Troyfrd got right when he said it is a time to be at peace and relax, but for me that time is while out on the water with my best friend whom I married.

When I was a a teenager it was all me time
When I got married and became a father the me time was at the end of the list.
The older I get the more it becomes part of my day.
