nice fish,I am joe cousins and have been fishing the surf for perch in Ocen Side Washington and it has been slow due to the weather here, heavy surf and 39-mile-hour wind. I can't wait for good weather so I can start again.

I agree. If you like eating crappie or walleye, I feel ocean perch are the equivalent for ocean fish :-)
