Mine was a nice Thai red curried chicken over jasmine rice. Added some green beans and sweet pepper spikes to the basic recipe.

Man you guys was eating good last night 😊. I'm eating lightly today because I'll be eating all night tonight at my youngest daughter's surprise 30th birthday party. Hers was the 6th and my ex-wife's is today the 9th. I'm making meatballs in marinara sauce
