Hey Steve , had it grilling in the patio , rained this morning now we're getting gusty winds ! Stay safe my Friend ,I read they were issuing warnings for hurricane force winds from Big Sur to Monterrey & Santa Cruz tonight ! 🙁

Thanks everyone ! It had a nice smoke ring on it 👍Hueey, it was a charcoal grill , when I make small portions, I use that with Mesquite chunks & 1 chunk of Red Oak indirect heat , instead of lighting up the Big Smoker 👍

I have a gas grill and Egg, like to slow cook on the egg. also like the flavoring you mentioned. When i get back to NM always pickup mesquite wood for cooking, it is everywhere in SE NM.

👍🤙 The Eggs are awesome , my oldest Son has one , 👍my big Smoker is a Brinkman Country Smoker , I've had good things come out from it , Lots of Love ,Care & Seasoning over the years from my cooking ! 🙏😋
